What you provide

When you request a conversation, we receive the name, work email, company, challenge, and any optional phone number, website, industry, or revenue range you enter. When you book a fit call through the linked HighLevel calendar, that provider handles the appointment information you submit. We use these details to review and answer your request, coordinate the appointment, and keep a record of the business conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing campaign.

Campaign context and analytics

The site temporarily keeps the landing path, referring site, and campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, term, and campaign ID in your browser session. If you send an inquiry, this context accompanies it so we can understand which campaign brought you here. Optional first-party analytics starts only if you select “Allow analytics.” With that choice, a pseudonymous browser ID and first/latest campaign touches are stored in your browser, and page views and key site actions are sent to this site’s measurement database. No form text, email, phone, or full page query string is sent in those optional page events. Declining analytics does not prevent a request or booking.

Our first-party event records are retained for up to 13 months. Your browser can hold the analytics choice and, if granted, attribution identifiers until you clear site storage or change your choice using the footer’s “Analytics choice” control. Inquiry and appointment records are kept for the business relationship and ordinary recordkeeping needs; email us to request access or deletion where appropriate.

Service providers and links

We use Vercel for website hosting, a database provider for the site and measurement records, Resend for inquiry emails, and HighLevel for CRM and scheduling. They process information to provide these services. A YouTube video, social profile, or external booking link may have its own privacy practices when you choose to use it. The site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels.

Mobile information and messaging

If you provide a phone number, we use it to respond to your request or coordinate an appointment. A phone field alone is not agreement to promotional text messages. The text conversation page loads a HighLevel chat widget that collects the name, phone number, message, and separate choices for informational and promotional texts. HighLevel processes that submission and records the consent shown at the time. Visiting other pages does not load that widget. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Client measurement workspaces

When a company uses Brennen Signal on its own website, that company controls its visitor notices and consent choices. The optional browser snippet sends pseudonymous page and campaign events to a separate company workspace only after that site calls its consent method. A company may also send authenticated CRM outcome events to match leads with appointments and sales. Contact email may be processed transiently to create a keyed match value; the email itself is not kept in the measurement event ledger. Each client should disclose its own use of the software and agree on data-processing terms before deployment.

Your choices

You can decline or withdraw optional analytics through “Analytics choice” in the site footer. You can ask us about the information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you again at [email protected]. We may need to retain a limited record of your request or opt-out. Browser settings can also clear locally stored data.
